We process your data in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and we do not share it with third parties except for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy or as required by law or formal request.
Execution disputes between parties are governed by their agreement and applicable Saudi laws. Rasi makes the on-platform message and document trail available as a reference tool, but is not a party to the dispute and bears no responsibility for it.
Yes. You can withdraw your project at any time before award without obligations toward bidders, subject to any usage fees specified in the Terms.
